My name is Sergio Quintero, founder of On My Way. I am a nurse graduated from the University of Santander, with certifications such as BSN, RN and CCRN in the United States. After years of working as a nurse in Colombia, I decided to look for better opportunities abroad. Thanks to my specialized training in ECMO (neonates, pediatrics and adults) and to my certification as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), I managed to build a solid career in the United States with salaries above $80,000 dollars annually. Along the way, I understood the barriers and challenges faced by Latin American professionals. That is why, in the last few 3 years, I have trained more than 300 nurses in the NCLEX-RN exam, where 8 out of 10 passed it on the first attempt.
